Conditions
Overview
The Policy on Centrality and Unity delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for Publiks’s organizational centrality and unity, which are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to Publiks. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.
I — Your Policy Agreements
— first, with respect to the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Policy: Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Centrality and Unity of Publiks Inc and The Publiks Group” (the “Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy,” the “Organizational Centrality Policy,” and the “Organizational Unity Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on organizational centrality and unity of Publiks Inc and The Publiks Group.
ii. Policy: Composition
that the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for organizational centrality and unity in the Codes and Policies of Publiks Inc and The Publiks Group (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and the Publiks Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below.
iii. Policy: Agreement
that you understand the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with Publiks.
iv. Policy: Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy.
v. Policy: Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy.
vi. Policy: Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to Publiks.
vii. Policy: Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
viii. Policy: Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
ix. Policy: Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
II — Your Policy Understandings
— second, with respect to your understandings of the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:
i. Understanding: Centrality, Unity
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ii. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iii. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iv. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity practices as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
v. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity principles as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
vi. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity processes as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
vii. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity rights as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
viii. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
ix. Understanding: Centrality, Unity Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational centrality and unity breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.
III — Your Policy Commitments
— third, with respect to your commitments to the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Commitment: Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to Publiks that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any incompatibility with Publiks or violation of the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, or applicable law or regulation.
ii. Commitment: Centrality, Unity
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Publiks the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational centrality and unity, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iii. Commitment: Centrality, Unity Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Publiks the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational centrality and unity conditions, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iv. Commitment: Centrality, Unity Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Publiks the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational centrality and unity definitions, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
v. Commitment: Centrality, Unity Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Publiks the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational centrality and unity principles, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vi. Commitment: Centrality, Unity Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Publiks the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational centrality and unity processes, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vii. Commitment: Centrality, Unity Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Publiks the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational centrality and unity rights, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
viii. Commitment: Centrality, Unity Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Publiks the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational centrality and unity safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ix. Commitment: Your Duty, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the above commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to organizational centrality and unity; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling Publiks’s own duties pertaining to organizational centrality and unity, organizational centrality and unity conditions, organizational centrality and unity definitions, organizational centrality and unity principles, organizational centrality and unity processes, organizational centrality and unity rights, and organizational centrality and unity safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
x. Commitment: Your Duty, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Organizational Centrality and Unity Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce organizational centrality and unity protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in organizational centrality and unity that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.
Principles
Provision
The Policy on Centrality and Unity requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.
A — On Centrality
Conditions of Centrality
— With respect to conditions for centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Conditions, Centrality
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for centrality, which depend on the centralized nature of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a centralized company division and organization and as entities and persons of centralized administration.
ii. Conditions, Centrality: Administration
that the centralized administration of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such centrality — as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Centrality: Areas
that the centralized administration of the official areas of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such centrality — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the centrality of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Centrality: Founder
that the central and centralizing administration of Publiks’s Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such centrality — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the centrality of the Founder’s decisions and powers, and centralized administration of conduct and service relating to Publiks, as executed solely by the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Centrality: Ownership
that the centralized ownership of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such centrality — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the centralized interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of Publiks and Publiks Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Centrality: Practices
that the centralized practices of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such centrality — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to practices for ensuring the centrality of Publiks, Publiks Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Centrality: Remedying
that the centralized remedying of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such centrality — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the centralized remedying of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, at the absolute, complete and sole discretion of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
Duties of Centrality
— With respect to duties of centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Duty, Centrality: Activity
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official act or activity of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ii. Duty, Centrality: Agent
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official agent or party of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iii. Duty, Centrality: Arrangement
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official arrangement of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iv. Duty, Centrality: Conduct, Service
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official conduct or service of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
v. Duty, Centrality: Entity, Organization
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a centralized company division and organization and as entities and persons of centralized administration.
vi. Duty, Centrality: Expectation
that you and Publiks have a duty to heed and not infringe, in any way, any expectation of centrality — such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent — by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
vii. Duty, Centrality: Material
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official material of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
viii. Duty, Centrality: Matter
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official matter of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ix. Duty, Centrality: Procedure
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
x. Duty, Centrality: Relation
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centralized administration of any official relation or relationship — to an entity, office, or person — of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xi. Duty, Centrality: Request
that you and Publiks have a duty to head and not infringe, in any way, a request for centrality — such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent — by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xii. Duty, Centrality: Reporting
that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned duties is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of centrality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.
Rights to Centrality
— With respect to rights to centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Rights, Centrality: Applicable Law
that you and Publiks do not infringe, in any way, the rights to centrality accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
ii. Rights, Centrality: Civil, Fundamental
that you and Publiks do not infringe, in any way, the rights to centrality accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Rights, Centrality: Entity, Organization
that you and Publiks do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights to centrality of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a centralized company division and organization and as entities and persons of centralized administration.
Safeguards of Centrality
— With respect to safeguards of centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Safeguards, Centrality: Activity
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official act or activity of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ii. Safeguards, Centrality: Agent
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official agent or party of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iii. Safeguards, Centrality: Arrangement
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official arrangement of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iv. Safeguards, Centrality: Conduct, Service
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official conduct or service of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
v. Safeguards, Centrality: Entity, Organization
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centrality of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a centralized company division and organization and as entities and persons of centralized administration.
vi. Safeguards, Centrality: Expectation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to fulfill and safeguard an expectation of centrality by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
vii. Safeguards, Centrality: Material
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official material of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
viii. Safeguards, Centrality: Matter
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official matter of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ix. Safeguards, Centrality: Procedure
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
x. Safeguards, Centrality: Relation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the centralized administration of any official relation or relationship — to an entity, office, or person — of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xi. Safeguards, Centrality: Request
that you heed and do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to fulfill and safeguard a request for centrality by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xii. Safeguards, Centrality: Rights
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to fulfill and safeguard the aforementioned and other rights to centrality, including but not limited to those provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.
xiii. Safeguards, Centrality: Reporting
that your primary means of respecting the aforementioned safeguards is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of centrality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.
B — On Unity
Conditions of Unity
— With respect to conditions for unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Conditions, Unity
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for unity, which depend on the single and unified nature of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a single and unified company division and organization and as entities and persons of single and unified administration.
ii. Conditions, Unity: Administration
that the single and unified administration of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such unity — as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Unity: Areas
that the single and unified administration of the official areas of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such unity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the unity of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Unity: Founder
that the unifying administration of Publiks’s Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such unity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the unity of the Founder’s decisions and powers, and single and unified administration of conduct and service relating to Publiks, as executed solely by the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Unity: Ownership
that the single and unified ownership of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such unity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the single and unified interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of Publiks and Publiks Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Unity: Practices
that the single and unified practices of Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such unity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to practices for ensuring the unity of Publiks, Publiks Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Unity: Remedying
that the single and unified remedying of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to Publiks and Publiks Administration and the rights attendant to such unity — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the single and unified remedying of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, at the absolute, complete and sole discretion of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
Duties of Unity
— With respect to duties of unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Duty, Unity: Activity
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official act or activity of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ii. Duty, Unity: Agent
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official agent or party of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iii. Duty, Unity: Arrangement
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official arrangement of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iv. Duty, Unity: Conduct, Service
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official conduct or service of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
v. Duty, Unity: Entity, Organization
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a single and unified company division and organization and as entities and persons of single and unified administration.
vi. Duty, Unity: Expectation
that you and Publiks have a duty to heed and not infringe, in any way, any expectation of unity — such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent — by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
vii. Duty, Unity: Material
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official material of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
viii. Duty, Unity: Matter
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official matter of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ix. Duty, Unity: Procedure
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
x. Duty, Unity: Relation
that you and Publiks have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the single and unified administration of any official relation or relationship — to an entity, office, or person — of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xi. Duty, Unity: Request
that you and Publiks have a duty to head and not infringe, in any way, a request for unity — such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent — by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xii. Duty, Unity: Reporting
that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned duties is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of unity, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.
Rights to Unity
— With respect to rights to unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

that you and Publiks do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights to unity of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a single and unified company division and organization and as entities and persons of single and unified administration.
Safeguards of Unity
— With respect to safeguards of unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Safeguards, Unity: Activity
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official act or activity of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
ii. Safeguards, Unity: Agent
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official agent or party of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iii. Safeguards, Unity: Arrangement
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official arrangement of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
iv. Safeguards, Unity: Conduct, Service
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official conduct or service of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
v. Safeguards, Unity: Entity, Organization
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the unity of Publiks — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Publiks Administration — as a single and unified company division and organization and as entities and persons of single and unified administration.
vi. Safeguards, Unity: Expectation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to fulfill and safeguard an expectation of unity by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
vii. Safeguards, Unity: Material
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official material of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
viii. Safeguards, Unity: Matter
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official matter of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.

that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.

that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to safeguard the single and unified administration of any official relation or relationship — to an entity, office, or person — of Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.

that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to fulfill and safeguard a request for unity by Publiks or the Founder, solely via the Founder’s authorization.
xii. Safeguards, Unity: Rights
that you heed and do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Publiks to fulfill and safeguard the aforementioned and other rights to unity, including but not limited to those provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.

that your primary means of respecting the aforementioned safeguards is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of unity, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

that Publiks holds protecting such organizational centrality and unity to be important to its formation, governance, and overall administration.

that Publiks holds protecting the organizational centrality and unity of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — to be of high importance.

that Publiks holds protecting the organizational centrality and unity of its official conduct and service — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — to be of high importance.

that neither you nor Publiks permit, request, or require any entity, office, or person — nor be permitted, requested or required — to infringe, in any way, such organizational centrality and unity, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.

including standard risks and threats to centrality and unity resulting from effecting or facilitating discriminatory, undue or unequal burden on or treatment of a given human.
iv. Protections: Inconsistency, Instrumental
including standard risks and threats to centrality and unity resulting from effecting or facilitating an instrumental use of a given human as a means to others’s ends.
v. Protections: Inconsistency, Targeting
including standard risks and threats to centrality and unity resulting from effecting or facilitating a targeting — including a flagging, persecuting, stalking, or tracking — of a given person, especially the Founder or Publiks.

that you and Publiks do not treat any aspect of Publiks or the Founder, or their conduct or service — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — as not centrally, singularly, uniformly and unitedly administered solely by the Founder, in any way, unless the Founder has provided and not revoked his authorization that such aspect is to be administered in coordination with another specified person or equivalent, and where such authorization is provided and unrevoked, the Founder explicitly, expressly and specifically states the terms for coordinated administration or equivalent delineated below.
iii-a. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Activity
the ethical, lawful and specific aspect, conduct, or service — including any activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — relating to Publiks or the Founder to be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific aim, goal, objective, or purpose of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific benefits to Publiks or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific costs to Publiks or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific duration – and time considerations or implications – for having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific procedures of keeping Publiks or the Founder informed of the administrative status of the above aspect, conduct, or service.

the ethical, lawful and specific means by which the Founder shall voluntarily give, maintain, or revoke such authorization for the above aspect, conduct, or service to be administered in coordination or equivalent.

— And as a concluding aviso and proviso, you are informed as well as reminded that by commencing or continuing any conduct or service relating to Publiks Inc or The Publiks Group — in any way, either directly or indirectly, and via any manner, means, method, or mode — you enter into the Publiks Conduct and Service Agreement and agree to abide by and be legally bound by the Policy conditions, principles, protections, and terms described above, and the Codes and Policies, in their entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
