Founding and Form
Our Founding
Publiks Inc was established in August 2017 by its sole Founder, President and Chair, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — as one part of ongoing work he has carried out for over two decades, leading also to his founding of The Ikoku Group, The Ikoku Charitable Trusts and The Ikoku Foundations. Where appropriate and approved by the Founder, these entities endeavor to coordinate its efforts, ethics, policies and resultant benefit to the communities they serve.
Our Formation
Publiks Inc is formally incorporated as a Delaware Corporation, registered and headquartered in San Francisco, California, and has continued as such since 2017. There are plans to establish an appropriately organized entity in Europe and other continental and regional markets. Publiks Inc thus operates with a mission, scope and structure that are at once local, national and global in dimension.
Our Corporation
Publiks Inc currently operates as a single-owner C-corporation, with all shares issued to its Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku. The corporation maintains its own set of ByLaws and Board overseeing its executive, management and operational decision-making, execution, performance and review.
Our Group + Division
Publiks Inc is also the central entity for The Publiks Group, itself a division of The Ikoku Group. The Ikoku Group serves as a holding company for Publiks Inc, providing Publiks Inc with ample and essential means for asset management and protection, research and development, and coordination, efficiencies and synergies across the divisions of The Ikoku Group — including such made possible via The Ikoku Philanthropies and its services for The Ikoku Charitable Trusts and The Ikoku Foundations. Where any Publiks association, company, corporate or institutional entity is formed for activity in the United States or other regional or continental markets, all such formations shall be housed within The Publiks Group.
Our Work
Most importantly, our history and ongoing form for development, establishment and organization continues to be reflected in our work and resultant benefit to communities, especially visitors and users of our Sites, Products and Services.

Future and Development
Our manner of ensuring the ongoing, perennial fulfillment of our founding mission entails a practice of development and a vision of better futures — for our company, our work, and the communities we serve — that is rooted in three core principles:
Communal, Private and Public Spaces
We develop, adapt, and use technology to create user and visitor profiles and spaces that can be communal, private or public in nature. Where our visitors and users may think actively about its membership in a range of communities they belong to, discover, or may join. And where they may consider, examine, question, re-affirm or reform its ongoing roles in communities and societies they live in — both on and beyond the internet.
Information and Knowledge
We gather and provide fact-based information, careful research, and knowledge-grounded opinion. To make our communal, private and public spaces informative, inspiring, knowledge-generating and thought-provoking, as well as useful. For all of our visitors. As they attempt to improve its lives and discuss its present and future roles in society.
Connection and Conversation
And at the heart of what we help moderate and provide is dialogue — the kind that results from increased knowledge, public awareness and interest, the kind that fosters creative ideas for addressing long-standing problems, and the kind that eventually leads to the mutual understanding needed to collectively improve societies.
